Price per night from 2026

To be flexible and family-friendly, our vacation apartment has 2 x 2 beds and, if necessary, 2 extra beds (only by arrangement). The price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and, on request, use of the garden.

Discount

We offer a 10% discount from the 7th night onwards.
You are also welcome to stay for just one night. In this case, the fee for bed linen and towels is €5.00 per person.

Down payment

We request a deposit of 25% of the accommodation price. Once we have received your enquiry, we will reserve the desired period (if still available) and provide you with our bank details and the amount of the deposit.
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit. If you have to cancel, you will receive a full refund of the deposit up to 60 days before arrival. After that, you will only receive a refund if we are able to re-let the holiday apartment.

Accommodation tax

An accommodation tax is payable in Dresden for overnight stays by guests. It amounts to 6% of the overnight accommodation fee per night and per adult.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4:00 p.m.
Departure by 11:00 a.m. (It may be possible to arrange other times.)
For booking enquiries made one day before arrival or on the day of arrival, we will endeavour to accommodate your request in line with our capacity. However, we cannot guarantee such short-notice reservations.
